H beam laser cutting machine
Some H beams cannot be cut with a tube laser cutting machine. Even for some H beams, using a tube laser cutting machine requires complex coding, which is error prone and inefficient. In order to solve the shortcomings of the tube laser cutting machine in processing H steel beams, our engineers designed and produced this laser cutting machine specifically for cutting H beams. This machine is designed based on the bevel laser cutting machine and has a laser cutting head that can swing 180°.
Segmented Bed
The segmented bed design allows for easier transportation and installation, while the coaxial processing ensures high running accuracy, stability, and consistent cutting performance even during long operations. Additionally, the modular structure simplifies maintenance and upgrades

Assembled in the original factory to ensure consistency, each machine undergoes 100% full inspection for guaranteed quality. The gear and rack are precisely aligned by marking high points and adjusting the spur gear gap, delivering unique operational accuracy in real-world conditions.
Cutting Head
High rigidity harmonic reducer, excellent impact and vibration resistance, torsional stiffness up to 2300N.m, effectively reducing the risk of collision and shutdown for maintenance. High-precision harmonic drive, absolute positioning accuracy up to 10 arc seconds (0.0028 degrees), true zero backlash.
